Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

1. Reservation Payments

 

All payments made to reserve land plots on our website are final and non-refundable. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and accept that this transaction initiates immediate legal and administrative processes related to the property.

 

2. EU Right of Withdrawal Disclaimer

 

Due to the customized nature of the legal documentation and property registration services that begin immediately after payment, the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these transactions, as outlined in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

 

3. Exceptions to the Non-Refundable Policy

 

A refund will only be issued under the following circumstance:

If, for any reason within our control, we are unable to complete the legal transfer of ownership, the reservation payment will be refunded in full.

 

4. Cancellation by Buyer

 

Should the buyer choose to cancel the reservation at any stage for personal reasons, no refund will be provided, as resources will have already been allocated to initiate the legal ownership process.

 

5. Processing of Refunds

 

In the rare case that a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days following confirmation.
