When you buy from us, you’re not purchasing a token or a promise — you’re buying real land. Every square meter you reserve is legally yours, just like buying an entire parcel the traditional way. Your name goes directly on the title, giving you full ownership and the freedom to do what you want with your land. No gimmicks, no limitations — just straightforward property ownership.

 

We’ve simplified the process so you can complete everything online with confidence. Legal professionals manage the transfer, ensuring compliance and accuracy. And of course, you’re welcome to visit your land at any time — before or after purchase.

STEP 1

Discover the Land in Our Projects Section

 

Start by visiting our Projects section, where each land parcel is presented with a unique story, aerial photos, and detailed descriptions. This is where you get to know the land — not just its location, but its soul.

STEP 2

Select Your Parcel in the Shop

 

Once you’ve found a piece of land that speaks to you, head over to the Shop section. There, you can choose how many square meters you’d like to reserve.

STEP 3

Make Your Reservation

 

Proceed to checkout to reserve your chosen land. This reservation covers the full purchase price — there are no hidden steps or partial payments. You will immediately receive confirmation and instructions for the next step.

STEP 4

Confirm Ownership with a Power of Attorney

 

We’ll send you a short Power of Attorney form. You can sign it and apostille it in your home country — allowing our Croatian legal team to finalize the ownership for you. There’s no need to travel to Croatia, but we do hope to see you enjoy your land in person.

Prefer to use your own lawyer instead? That’s totally fine — we support both options.

STEP 5

We Take Care of the Bureaucracy

 

We’ll handle everything — from land registry to contracts, notary appointments, and legal filings. You’ll receive verified ownership documentation both digitally and by mail.
